Refund Policy – Savani Web Developer

Savani Web Developer provides computer IT services and remote technical support. Due to the nature of digital and service-based work, our refund policy is as follows:

  1. No Refund on Completed Services
    Once a service has been fully delivered or completed, no refunds will be issued.
  2. Partial Refund Eligibility
    A partial refund may be granted only if:
    • The agreed service has not been delivered, OR
    • The service delivered significantly differs from the agreed scope

Refund amounts will be determined based on the portion of work completed.

  1. Advance Payments
    Advance payments (40%) are required to initiate services and are non-refundable once work has started.
  2. Client Responsibility
    Refunds will not be issued in cases where:
    • The client fails to provide required access or information
    • The issue arises due to third-party software, hardware, or hosting limitations
    • The client changes requirements after work has started
  3. Technical Limitations Disclaimer
    As IT services depend on system conditions and third-party environments, Savani Web Developer does not guarantee resolution of all issues. Charges apply for time and expertise provided.
  4. Refund Request Process
    Clients must request refunds within 7 days of service delivery by contacting:

  5. Approval & Processing
    Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

This refund policy is part of our Computer Network Services Agreement and is shared with all clients before service commencement.
